Once we verify and apply a correction, it stays in place through future data updates.

Disputing a score

A dispute is a claim that the input data itself is faulty: your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attached to you incorrectly, or the summary of what reviewers wrote does not match what they actually said. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing from the data. Disputes are not requests for a higher number, and they are not appeals of how reviewers rated you.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when your business is permanently closed, when we discover a duplicate listing, or when your practice falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. A listing that is accurate and clearly in scope may be declined for removal, and you will receive a straightforward explanation of why.

How quickly we respond
